Leslie F. Graf, C.P.A.

Leslie F. Graf is the Founder and CEO of L.F.G. Consulting and Coaching where she applies her more than 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, litigation consulting, and destination and nonprofit management. Leslie provides sound financial guidance to CEOs, partners and boards of directors and has dedicated her career to helping nonprofits fulfill their missions.

Leslie has served as an auditor, board member and financial leader for multiple nonprofits. She began her career in public accounting, working for two of the Big Four accounting firms, where she spent 9 years, ultimately leading her to her 20 year career in nonprofit. Leslie has served as the Chief Financial Officer for the National Football Museum dba the Pro Football Hall of Fame (2020-2022), the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland dba Destination Cleveland (2007-2020) and the Chief Financial Officer for the Cleveland 2016 Republican National Convention Host Committee (2014-2017).

In addition to her financial focus, Leslie has experience in information technology, human resources, operations, business valuations, board governance and staff coaching and development

Leslie is a Certified Public Accountant (Accountancy Board of Ohio), a Certified Destination Management Executive (Destinations International) and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and The Coach Lab.

Leslie’s passion in life outside of her professional career is her yoga career. Leslie earned her certification to teach (Registered Yoga Teacher “RYT”-200) through a month-long immersive experience in Costa Rica and has also earned additional teaching certificates from the Baptiste Institute and the Prison Yoga Project.
